Our support begins with design styling expertise, on the day management services , with the option of using our in house floral and styling team.
A detailed six-week planning meeting, where we go through every element of your day together.
This allows us to review your timeline, supplier arrangements, logistics and overall plans so we can fully support you on the wedding day.

Our Styling, Design & On-the-Day Management Process

01. Initial Consultation & Vision

We begin with a consultation to understand your wedding vision, priorities, style, and the overall atmosphere you want your celebration to have. This is where we get to know you, your story, and how you want your wedding to feel for both you and your wedding guests.

02. Styling & Design Direction

From there, Weddings by Lisa Marie provides guidance on creating a cohesive, one-of-a-kind wedding design that feels intentional and personal to you. From colour palettes, tablescapes, florals, stationery, layouts, and styling details, we help refine the overall aesthetic so every element works beautifully together.

03. Planning Support Along the Way

As you continue planning your wedding, we remain in touch throughout the process to offer advice, recommendations, and styling support whenever needed. This allows you to confidently plan your wedding while knowing professional guidance is there throughout the journey.

04. Final Planning & Management Meeting

Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we step fully into the management side of your celebration. Together, we create a detailed on-the-day management schedule covering timings, supplier logistics, set-up plans, key contacts, and the overall flow of the day.

05. Supplier Coordination

Once the final plan is complete, we liaise directly with your suppliers to ensure everyone is fully informed, aligned, and working from the same schedule. This helps create a seamless experience where every detail is communicated clearly behind the scenes.

06. Wedding Day Execution

On the wedding day itself, Weddings by Lisa Marie oversees the full set-up, styling implementation, supplier coordination, timeline management, and behind-the-scenes logistics so everything runs smoothly and effortlessly allowing you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration.
