On the Day Wedding Management

On the Day Wedding Management is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want complete peace of mind when the big day arrives. Particularly suited to at-home, garden and marquee weddings, where there are often more logistics, suppliers and moving parts to manage than at a traditional wedding venue.

We take over the running of your wedding, working with you and your suppliers in advance to understand exactly how you want the day to look and feel. From creating and managing the final timeline to coordinating suppliers, overseeing setup, managing the flow of the day and ensuring everything is where it needs to be, we take care of the detail behind the scenes.

For at-home and marquee weddings, this can include coordinating the different elements that come together to create the day — from caterers, florists and furniture to entertainment, production, styling and all the practical logistics that a private venue requires.

Our role is to be the calm, experienced point of contact for everyone involved, troubleshooting any issues and making decisions where needed, so you, your family and your guests can simply enjoy the celebration.

Our support begins with design styling expertise, on the day management services with the option of using our in house floral and styling team.
A detailed six-week planning meeting, where we go through every element of your day together.
This allows us to review your timeline, supplier arrangements, logistics and overall plans so we can fully support you on the wedding day.

The Process

On-the-Day Management Process

01. Initial Consultation & Vision

We begin with a consultation to understand your wedding vision, priorities, style, and the overall atmosphere you want your celebration to have. This is where we get to know you, your story, and how you want your wedding to feel for both you and your wedding guests.

02. Planning Support Along the Way

As you continue planning your wedding, we remain in touch throughout the process to offer advice, recommendations, and styling support whenever needed. This allows you to confidently plan your wedding while knowing professional guidance is there throughout the journey.

03. Final Planning & Management Meeting

Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we step fully into the management side of your celebration. Together, we create a detailed on-the-day management schedule covering timings, supplier logistics, set-up plans, key contacts, and the overall flow of the day.

04. Supplier Coordination

Once the final plan is complete, we liaise directly with your suppliers to ensure everyone is fully informed, aligned, and working from the same schedule. This helps create a seamless experience where every detail is communicated clearly behind the scenes.

05. Wedding Day Execution

On the wedding day itself, Weddings by Lisa Marie oversees the full set-up, styling implementation, supplier coordination, timeline management, and behind-the-scenes logistics so everything runs smoothly and effortlessly allowing you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration.

Lisa and their team were absolutely phenomenal as our wedding day coordinators. We genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

In the lead-up, they took so much off our hands — liaising with all of our suppliers, coordinating arrival times and logistics, collating dietary requirements, and making sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. They even came to the house the day before and immediately got stuck in helping us with the final set-up.

On the wedding day itself, they were exceptional. They managed everything behind the scenes, from getting the caterers settled to coordinating the florist and other suppliers. I genuinely don’t even know the full extent of everything they did — which is probably the greatest testament to how brilliant they were!

The entire day felt completely seamless. We didn’t have to think about timings, logistics or suppliers once and could simply enjoy ourselves. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic they were, and my mum also felt they went completely above and beyond.

They were calm, professional, incredibly friendly and kind, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
