On the day coordination is perfect if you have planned your wedding and want to enjoy the day knowing you have someone to take the reins and manage the day for you, without having to spare a bridesmaid or family member with on the day tasks. From the very start of the day we are there ensuring your wedding day is set up perfectly suppliers are organised and informed, guests are happy and more importantly you are relaxed and fully immersed in your day without having to trouble shoot, move things around, task loved ones with jobs, we do all that for and so much more!
VIEW ON THE DAY COORDINATION

  • • We meet with you to discuss your final plans and take over complete management of your wedding day, ensuring each area from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast and evening celebration is perfectly set up as you envisioned.

    • Liaising with and directing all suppliers to ensure a smooth flow throughout the day.

    • Overseeing timings, managing logistics and handling any issues discreetly so you can fully relax.

    • Greeting guests and remaining the main point of contact for your wedding party at all times.

    • Managing contingency plans (Plan B & C) for weather or other unforeseen changes.

    • Taking care of additional details such as moving décor between spaces, cueing music, or supporting guests with accessibility needs.

Partial Planning is perfect if you’ve already begun your wedding journey but would love professional guidance to bring everything together beautifully. Perhaps you’ve chosen your venue and a few key suppliers, but now the details are starting to feel overwhelming that’s where I step in. I’ll refine your plans, fill in any gaps, and ensure every element aligns beautifully with your vision. From timelines and logistics to design and coordination, I’ll be there to make sure nothing is missed and everything flows effortlessly, so you can enjoy the lead-up to your day with confidence and calm VIEW PARTIAL PLANNING

  • • Liaising with your venue, caterers, and all suppliers to confirm details, logistics, and contractual arrangements

    • Assisting with the sourcing and booking of any remaining suppliers

    • Coordinating guest details including RSVPs and catering requirements

My role is to bring your vision to life while guiding and supporting you every step of the way, so you can focus on what truly matters celebrating this special chapter with your partner, family, and friends, free from stress and full of joy.
